Ceremony: at the Hotel de Ville on the Grand-Place at 1.40 pm. We'd advise you to get there 10-15 minutes before the ceremony starts for photos, meeting and greeting long-lost friends and family etc.

Footwear related warning for those considering high heels.
There are cobbles at the Grand-Place (manageable) and also (evil big pebble things) in the courtyard of Hof ter Musschen where we will be having pre-dinner drinks and nibbles if the weather is good. These could prove annoying if you plan to stand around talking for any length of time.
The bride (who has many years' experience of falling down due to inappropriate shoes) would advise you to factor this element into your shoe choices for the day. Alternative footwear (ballet flats, wedges or anything else you can deal with) could be worth considering for the later part of the evening.
