The reception will be held at a renovated 18th century farm just about on the city limits called Hof ter Musschen (or "Sparrows' Farm"). It's well known in Belgium as a protected urban environment area, fairly green despite being close to a main road - and even has its own windmill in the grounds, as well as its own bus stop. You can check it out at www.hoftermusschen.be.
As the main courtyard is cobbled and the approach is a bit sloping downwards, we'd advise ladies against wearing any serious high heels - just in case!
The plan is for people to arrive at Hof ter Musschen from around 5pm, to enjoy apéritifs and nibbly things from 5.30 or so, aiming to move seamlessly towards dinner from around 7pm. If the weather is nice, we would all be outside for the 'reception' part. It'll still be daylight at that time, of course, so people are welcome to wander outside the main courtyard and around the grounds of the farm if they wish.
You can easily get there by taxi from the city centre (shouldn't take more than about 15 minutes) or there is of course the bus, for the more adventurous who would like to sample the delights of the Brussels transport system (but perhaps club together to take a taxi?)
Location: it's really not too far from the city centre, as you can see from http://maps.google.co.uk/
